The staff were excellent, attentive and efficient. The bedroom was beautiful and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and served promptly. The pool was clean and well-maintained. The hotel even provided thoughtful gestures for the kids with chocolate lollies and drinks.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a night and I have to say, it was an incredible experience. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything with parking facilities nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed like tea and coffee facilities and ironing facilities. The staff were amazing, providing excellent room service and keeping the room very clean during my stay. The terrace and garden furniture were a lovely touch, allowing me to relax and enjoy the fresh air. Plus, the spa and wellness centre were top notch, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family, it was worth the money and there were no negative aspects to it. The only suggestion I have would be to teach the staff more about customer service, but overall it was an incredible stay here.

My partner and I had an amazing stay at a hotel in Midlands Park. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. The hotel also had a top-class Steak House and the pool was clean and well-maintained. We even found a trustworthy babysitter through the hotel. We will definitely be returning for both family and business trips. This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of town and next to the cinema. The staff were really nice and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The room was clean and spacious, and the bathroom was nice as well. We had a meal at the on-site restaurant and everything was perfect - the food, the cocktails, and the service.

There were a couple of small downsides to our stay. there was not enough milk provided in the room.

Although we had to pay for parking, the hotel staff kindly advised us to get a voucher. we had a great stay and would recommend it. we were impressed with the hotel and our stay there.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in a wonderful hotel in the heart of a charming Irish town. The location was perfect, right in the centre and near the Ploughing. The hotel had a lovely bar, the Charter Bar, where I enjoyed a relaxing evening. For a delicious meal, I visited Kelly's Steakhouse just across the road. The room was spacious and well equipped, with a comfortable bed and a large TV. The breakfast was delicious, with a mix of buffet and made-to-order options. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The swimming pool area, although clean and friendly, seemed a bit dated compared to the rest of the hotel.
