The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. When we arrived, our room wasn't ready, but they quickly gave us a different room without any hassle. The food and drinks at the hotel were delicious, and the service was top-notch. Despite a few minor issues, overall I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, and it was kept impeccably clean throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the classic pub where I spent most of my time. It had a warm and inviting atmosphere, with friendly locals and a great selection of drinks. The location was perfect, situated in a bustling shopping district with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. the hotel provided a fantastic experience with its cleanliness, facilities, staff, and convenient location.

During our romantic escape, we loved the charming architecture and bustling atmosphere of the hotel's location. It felt like stepping back in time while still being surrounded by modern amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The pub on-site was a highlight, with its cozy ambiance and delicious food.

There were a couple of downsides to our experience. The ensuite bathroom had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which was unpleasant.

the staff at this place were amazing! they went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. the food was delicious and reasonably priced, especially the breakfast. the location was perfect for exploring and everything was within walking distance. we will definitely be coming back here on our next trip to clonmel!

The ladies toilets in the bar were not clean and had a bad smell.
