I was absolutely blown away by the warm and friendly welcome we received upon arrival. The host made us feel right at home with a delightful spread of tea, coffee, and biscuits. The room was beyond immaculate, it was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The highlight, of course, was the cooked breakfast - it was absolutely mind-blowing! There was a fantastic range of options, from delicious juices and cereals to mouthwatering cooked items. The homemade marmalade and jam added an extra touch of delight. Plus, having two room options was super convenient. The twin room had a huge separate bathroom with a wet room shower, while the larger room had both a double and a single bed with an ensuite. Despite our late arrival and early check out, the host still accommodated us with a delicious and satisfying breakfast, which we really appreciated. The location was GREAT, with easy access to the Irish midlands and attractions like the Kilbeggan distillery. I can't recommend this place enough - it was a jaw-dropping experience!

I had a wonderful stay at a charming bed & breakfast in Kilbeggan. Bernie, the host, was incredibly accommodating and made me feel right at home. The house was spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the shower had hot water. The breakfast provided was absolutely fantastic, with a great selection of hot foods like omelets, bacon, sausage. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the city center, local restaurants, and even a distillery. my experience at Seber House Bed & Breakfast was a solid 10/10.

For the price we paid, Seber House Bed & Breakfast was exceptional value. The room was cozy and comfortable, with a lovely sitting area across the hall. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the distillery and the culinary center of town. The staff, especially Bernie, was incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Excellent stay! Friendly owners, delicious breakfast, comfortable beds. Limited dining options in town, but Topaz gas station has great food. Nearby Tullamore is good for shopping. Don't miss Charleville Castle. Would definitely stay again.
