Had a great time at a lovely B&B attached to a welcoming pub. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, providing us with suggestions and directions for nearby attractions. The food at both the restaurant and breakfast was delicious and satisfying. The rooms were comfortable, and the building had a charming historical vibe. We also enjoyed exploring the village. a wonderful experience at Acres B&B.

We stayed at Acres B&B in Killala and had a surprisingly quiet room. The breakfast was great and the staff were all happy and helpful. The dinner was good and the bed was comfy. It was a good base for exploring the surrounding area, and despite staying in better places for similar or lower cost, we still enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we happened to be in the area. The location was also good, with amenities and the village nearby. The hotel had a policy of not entering our room unless requested, which wasn't a problem for us. The staff were friendly and the food in the bar downstairs was also good. Peter, the host, was welcoming and offered great advice on places to visit.

We had a great time exploring the charming village and surrounding areas during our stay at The Acres B&B. The warm and friendly staff made us feel right at home, and the bar and restaurant were perfect spots to relax and enjoy a delicious meal. Our comfortable room provided a cozy retreat after a busy day of trekking, and we loved waking up to the picturesque view outside our window. The cooked-to-order breakfast was a highlight, served with a smile and the perfect fuel for our adventures.

There was a bit of a cleanliness issue in our room, with some used soaps still in the shower and a few spider webs in the corners.

As bike riders, we loved the convenience of the designated car park and the proximity to the village and its amenities. The warm and welcoming atmosphere, along with the fantastic bar and restaurant, made it a great place to unwind after a long day of riding.

Felt incredibly safe throughout our stay, and there was nothing to complain about.
