Room was shabby and in need of renovation. Constant dripping noise outside the window was very annoying.

We had a very comfortable stay at this centrally located hotel. Our room was clean, stylish and equipped with all necessary facilities. Despite being warned about the noise levels, we didn't face any issues as we were able to sleep through it. we would recommend this hotel for its convenience and great amenities.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and well-stocked with toiletries. The location was convenient and the access to the nearby parking garage was a plus. Suitable for a short stay.

The room was clean and tidy, and the amenities like the ironing facilities and tea and coffee were much appreciated. We also enjoyed sitting out on the terrace. This hotel is great value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is fantastic, with recent decor and basic amenities that are spot on. The location above the pub puts you right in the heart of the action, and the live music on the weekends is a real treat. Plus, the staff are brilliant - friendly, helpful, and always on hand to assist. Finally, the super big beds in the rooms are a real highlight.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel in Limerick. the location was perfect - right in the heart of the city. It was great being able to explore the local area easily. Secondly, the staff were fantastic. They were friendly, accommodating, and made sure I had everything I needed. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The recent decor gave a modern touch, and the super big bed was a definite highlight. Plus, having breakfast included in the rate was a nice bonus.

Couldn't stay longer.

The hotel is situated in a great location with shops, restaurants and pubs in the immediate vicinity. Everything is within walking distance, making it perfect for sightseeing in the city. The rooms are spacious, and some even have great views of the surroundings. The breakfast is tasty, and the services offered are outstanding.

Street noise can be a bit loud at times and might disrupt your sleep.

The breakfast was good with complimentary tea and coffee. The hotel is in a prime location, with easy access to business locations and attractions. The room size was more than enough and had many amenities.

The maintenance was lacking. The bed was uncomfortable since it was two singles bolted together making a sizable step in between.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our request for a quieter room, and we enjoyed a much better night's sleep in the new room. The beds in both rooms were also quite comfortable. Additionally, the hotel's location was very convenient, with many attractions within walking distance.

While the spaciousness of the room was a plus, we found that the bathroom was quite small in comparison. We also experienced some noise issues during our stay, as the hotel is located above a restaurant/bar where a band performed on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
