Our stay was fantastic! The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The room had beautiful views and was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast menu was varied. We also appreciated the convenient location and the friendly welcome we received upon arrival.

Some other guests were inconsiderate of the staff's working hours and did not respect the reception hours. This could have been better managed by ensuring that everyone follows the guidelines.

The hostess, Penny, was incredibly solicitous and helpful throughout our stay. She went above and beyond to assist my wife, who had suffered a fall earlier in our trip. Penny immediately provided ice, towels, and even ointment for her swollen foot. Her attentiveness and care were truly exceptional. Additionally, Penny and her staff at breakfast were delightful and welcoming. They allowed our group of ladies to use the lounge area for a pre-dinner drink, and the breakfast itself was delicious, with freshly cooked hot dishes and homemade brown bread.
