What a fantastic hotel! Everything here exceeded my expectations. The location is ideal for exploring the city, with plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby. I had a great evening meal at the restaurant and the food was excellent. Plus, the bar and restaurant offered a stunning view of the river. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home. They even went above and beyond by finding me a parking space in the rain. The service here is top-notch, from the moment I arrived until the day I left.

The only small downside was that my room had a view of a derelict building and there was a vent that occasionally gave off a faint smell of food. However, this did not affect my overall experience and I would still highly recommend this hotel, especially for families.

I recently stayed at Tower Hotel in Waterford for a weekend getaway. The central location was perfect for exploring the city's attractions, including the famous Waterford Crystal Factory. The hotel itself was lovely, with beautifully designed carpets, cozy seating in the spacious foyer, and charming velvet curtains in the room. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the ample surface space in the bathroom. The rainfall shower-head was a luxurious touch. The reception staff were friendly and accommodating, and I was served promptly at the full bar on Saturday evening. I had no problem leaving my travel bag at the hotel after check-out to visit a museum. Plus, being across the road from The Reg, with all its history and charm, was a wonderful bonus.

The value for money was great, my room was comfortable and had a great shower. The hotel's location was perfect and the staff treated me exceptionally well, providing friendly and efficient service.

The breakfast option could have been improved by minimizing any disturbances caused by window cleaners and building works outside.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city centre, providing easy access to everything in town. Guests have praised the spacious and spotlessly clean rooms, with comfortable beds and impressive views of the River Suir. The en-suite bathrooms are outstanding, featuring semi-circular showers with large overhead showerheads and fluffy towels. The breakfast buffet offers a wide range of delicious options to suit all tastes. The friendly and efficient staff, including Seamus O Carroll, Anne Marie, Sean, and Michael.

One guest experienced a subpar meal, with overcooked cabbage and cold, hard vegetables. The server did not inquire about the quality of the dish or notice that it had not been consumed.

We loved that this place was located right in the heart of town and within walking distance to all the events in the area. We could see Reginald's Tower, a famous historical building, across the road. The staff was excellent and provided great service. We enjoyed the terrace and in-room amenities, including the ironing facilities, air conditioning and electric kettle.

We highly recommend this venue to everyone.

I had a fantastic stay at the lovely hotel for St. Patrick's weekend. The renovations are fabulous, with large and spotlessly clean rooms. The hotel has a beautiful restaurant with stunning views of the river. The breakfast selection was delicious, and the bar food and dinner in the restaurant were also great. The hotel even had a ballad session in the function room after the parade, which was so much fun. The leisure center was a nice addition, and the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. I had a great stay.

Evening dining was a bit disappointing as the menu choices were limited, but the staff were understanding and handled our feedback well. The green Thai curry, however, was absolutely superb and the best I've ever had.

I recently stayed at the Tower Hotel for a few nights while exploring the South of Ireland. The location was perfect, with a lovely view of the river from my spacious and clean room. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel like part of the family. The breakfast was excellent, and the chef's green thai curry was the best I've ever had! The hotel also has leisure facilities, although I didn't have a chance to use them due to the great weather. Parking was a bit challenging, but there is a nearby public park that offers overnight parking.

We had a fantastic stay at the Tower Hotel & Leisure Centre. The breakfast was delicious, and our waitress, Josie, provided excellent service. Our room had a lovely view of the water, and the hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially when it came to catering for vegans. They made us a delicious vegan salad with a variety of ingredients. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

During our Christmas stay, we really enjoyed the comfortable beds and the air conditioning in the rooms. The beds were so cozy and provided a good night's sleep. Also, the hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. It was convenient to explore the surrounding area and visit local attractions. Lastly, the staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay more enjoyable.

The taste was bland and lacked flavor. It seems like they either had a terrible chef or were serving frozen and tasteless meals.

We stayed at Tower Hotel in Waterford for 8 days as we toured the south of Ireland. It was the best hotel we stayed in. The central location was perfect. The room was comfortable and clean. The included breakfast was exceptional, with a great selection of hot food. The staff were friendly and efficient. We loved the view of the river from our room and the dining room. excellent value for money.

As a tourist, I really enjoyed the variety of activities in Waterford. The shopping was great and the opportunity to sit outside in the sunshine at the Fat Angel with a glass of wine was lovely. The highlight for me was the Waterford Greenway Bike Hire and the cycle to Dungarvan. Highly recommend!
