The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing an upgraded room and prosecco for our honeymoon. The rooms were beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The breakfasts offered a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel's location made it easy to access hiking and climbing activities, and the sauna was a great bonus after a long day. The value for money was excellent.

The hotel is well located, within walking distance to the town center and skiing area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with some of them having balconies. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast offered is delicious and there is also the option of having dinner at the hotel's restaurant, which serves tasty local dishes. there is a wellness area with a sauna for guests to relax and unwind.

The only downside I found was the lack of separators on the balconies, which meant that there was limited privacy when people walked past outside the rooms at night.

Lastly, the delicious breakfast spread provided a great start to each day, ensuring that guests were well-fueled for their adventures.

The breakfast was good, there were plenty of options to choose from. The hotel is located very close to the ski lifts and it had a ski room to store all of our equipment which was very convenient. The view from the balcony was amazing and it was nice to watch the mountains in the mornings.

The room was dirty when I arrived and the cleaning service was not done regularly. The staff was not very friendly or helpful when I had questions about the hotel or the area.
