The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to the bus/train station and a vibrant Main Street with street traders and market stalls. The hotel served as a great base to explore the sights and local places of interest. The staff, especially Patricia, were friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier. The breakfast offered a classic Italian spread.

I really got great value for my money at this centrally located hotel in Palermo. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff treated me like family, providing helpful recommendations for sightseeing. Plus, they even let me leave my luggage after check-out so I could explore the city a bit more.

The hotel's location in Central Palermo was perfect for exploring the city. It was in the centre of the City, not far from the train station, and close to everything. Within walking distance, I found lots of excellent restaurants, bars, and cafes. The bustling streets surrounding the hotel made it feel vibrant and exciting. Additionally, the hotel staff were extremely nice and friendly. They made me feel welcome and were always attentive to my needs.
