I had a fantastic experience at Milano Verticale | Una Esperienze. The location was perfect, with attractions, shopping, and restaurants all within walking distance. The room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful balcony overlooking the courtyard. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious food, and the staff were all gracious and helpful. What impressed me the most was that they were able to accommodate me early when I arrived in Milan ahead of schedule.

The penthouse was amazing, with a clean and immaculate layout. The highlight was the terrace with a 360 view of the city and a jacuzzi hot tub. The room service and breakfast were delicious. Carmine, who showed us around, provided professional and informative service. We couldn't have asked for better service and hope to be back!

One small improvement I would suggest for a better vacation for senior people would be to have more assistance available from the staff. While the staff members were friendly and accommodating, it would have been even more helpful if they were more proactive in providing assistance to senior guests.

Fantastic location near trendy Corso Como area. Walkable to station and nice for strolling. New and elegant hotel with friendly staff. Very comfortable rooms, spacious and well-presented. On the 8th floor with a nice upgrade. Facilities include a bar, restaurants, and a spa.

My mind was blown when I entered my Junior Suite at Room 924. The unexpected room upgrade was super amazing. The clever layout with a cozy living room area and a work-from-home desk with plenty of plugs and USB chargers was jaw-dropping. The passage leading to the bedroom, with shelves for packing, was genius. The long bathroom with two basins and a huge shower was mind-blowing. The balcony on the 9th floor offered a breathtaking city view. And the floor-to-ceiling glass wall in the bedroom overlooking the shower was absolutely incredible. I couldn't have asked for a better stay!

The room and bathroom are comfortable and well-maintained, and the breakfast is enjoyable with a good range of options. The friendly staff is always available to assist with any queries. It also boasts excellent facilities like a kitchenette, closet space and fluffy towels.

The location around this venue is great! There are many bars and restaurants in the trendy area of Corso Como. Plus, Eataly shop is just around the corner. The staff provided excellent service, and the room amenities, like the terrace and soundproof rooms, were nice touches. Additionally, the leisure/spa and wellness centre were perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.

I recommend this place to all.
