Central location opposite the main station. Friendly and attentive staff. Modern and clean building with lovely old wooden floors and high ceiling. Good size room with large windows and beautiful view. Solid wifi connection.

The hotel's location was unbeatable, just a stone's throw from the main train station, making it easy to reach all the must-see landmarks in the city center. From there, it was only a short walk to the lively port area, packed with restaurants and bars. The friendly staff and generous breakfast selection made our stay all the more enjoyable. Plus, the comfortable bed and spacious room were a welcome sight after a day of exploring.

The decor of the room left a bit to be desired, but this didn't detract from the overall comfort and convenience of the hotel.

This hotel is in front of the train station which was super convenient. I was impressed with the value for money and availability of basic amenities such as a fridge, air con, and a TV. The staff was friendly and the rooms had very comfortable beds with a good view. One detail from reviews: I loved the fact that I could easily access the hotel by taking the 'volabus' from the airport and get off the bus right in front of the hotel.

The complimentary breakfast was good and there were plenty of choices. , the complimentary bottle of water in the room was appreciated. The location was convenient and close to the transportation hub. Being able to easily access public transportation and walk to nearby attractions was a plus.

The air conditioning was not working well and the room was too warm. the shower was difficult to use as the water pressure was weak and the temperature was not consistent.

We had a great experience at B&B Hotel Genova. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the main attractions. The hotel was spotlessly clean, from the rooms to the bathrooms. The staff was welcoming and helpful, except for one lady at breakfast who seemed a bit overzealous with her monitoring. The discounted parking facility provided peace of mind for our car. we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.
