I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The location was perfect, in a quieter area but within easy walking distance to all attractions in the center. The hotel is also conveniently located near the ferry, just a 15-second walk away. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the spaciousness made my stay even more comfortable. The breakfast provided a great selection of delicious food, with both hot and cold options. The hotel staff were professional and knowledgeable, with Martina at the front desk being especially helpful.

The hotel's location was fantastic, being very close to the train station and within walking distance to the seaside where I could enjoy stunning sunsets. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the modern room provided ample space and a comfortable bed. The breakfast had a great selection of hot and cold foods, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent - clean and spacious rooms with great decor. The location was perfect, away from the busy streets but with easy access to the main sights via the water bus stop right outside. The staff, especially Elise at the front desk and the bar staff, were fantastic. They were always willing to help, giving us great recommendations for restaurants and assisting us greatly when my son left his mobile phone in a taxi.

The breakfast option could have been better with more variety.

The staff at this boutique hotel were fantastic, really friendly and always willing to help. The bar in the hotel was a great place to relax after a long day of exploring. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the breakfast selection was very good and well organized.

The only complaint I have is that the pillows in the room were lumpy. However, in the grand scheme of things, this is nothing really to complain about.

We had a comfortable and peaceful stay at Carnival Palace - Venice Collection. The location was convenient and easily accessible to popular spots. The staff was prompt in fixing the AC issue in our room. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Martina S. She went above and beyond to assist me with arranging a water taxi and providing all the necessary information. The decor of the venue was absolutely stunning, creating a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, situated in a nice and quieter area of the city. I particularly enjoyed the peacefulness of the quiet canal right outside the hotel. the service provided, the beautiful surroundings, and the helpful staff made my stay truly enjoyable.
