I had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel! The location in the heart of the historic district was perfect, just a short walk from the ferry docks. The room was beautifully decorated with high ceilings and a well-designed bathroom. The highlight was the panoramic junior suite, with its stunning views of the cathedral and rooftops. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The attention to detail in the design and renovation of this place was truly remarkable. I can't wait to stay here again!

Excellent location in city center. Chic, spacious rooms with great beds and cleaning services. In-room coffee and tea available. Stunning views of Duomo from bedroom and bathroom. Attention to detail in design and renovation. Outstanding staff, friendly and helpful with good English. Gluten/dairy free options for breakfast.

The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and well-decorated. The breakfast was good, with a variety of options to choose from. The location was fantastic and near many restaurants and cafes.

The hotel lacked amenities like an ironing board and any extra toiletries. The noise from the street and nearby shops made it hard to sleep at night.

We were thrilled with the location of the hotel, nestled in the heart of the historic district. Being just a short walk away from the ferry docks made exploring Lake Como a breeze. The rooms were spacious, with high ceilings and comfortable beds. The bathrooms were clean and well-equipped, with excellent water pressure in the showers. The staff was friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. And let's not forget about the breakfast - a delicious spread with a variety of options to choose from.

That the Panoramic sitting room had weak wifi, but that was easily outweighed by all the other wonderful aspects of the hotel.
