The staff was incredibly helpful and courteous, assisting us in finding a larger room within our price range. They welcomed us with white wine and snacks upon arrival and went above and beyond in handling dinner and beach club reservations. They even packed us to-go bags of Prosecco and snacks and offered transportation to and from the beach. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, and the rooftop terrace offers stunning views of the sea. Special mention to Gene Peidro, Pepe, and Budica for making our stay exceptional!

villa excelsior parco was even better than our previous stay in capri. from the private car pickup to the rooftop pool with a beautiful view, everything was perfect. the personal service, amenities, and delicious food made our family holiday unforgettable. we can't wait to come back to capri and stay here again.
