our recent stay in bellagio was absolutely wonderful, and the hotel we chose exceeded our expectations. from the comfy bed in our lake view room to the helpful staff, everything was perfect. the refurbished bathroom added a touch of luxury, and we loved spending time in the pleasant gardens and pool. the lakeside bar and restaurant were also a highlight of our stay.

Additionally, the breakfast with an amazing view is a great way to start the day.

I absolutely loved the vintage feeling of this hotel and the amazing lake view from my room. The fluffy towels and warm bathroom were a nice touch. The staff was incredibly kind and patient with my little boy, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast spread was rich and included in the rate. I'll definitely recommend this hotel for its charm and location.

Had a wonderful Christmas holiday at a charming hotel by the lake. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we loved the complimentary wine and snacks upon arrival. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the town and just a short walk to shops and restaurants. The view of the lake was breathtaking, especially from the balcony in our room. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a good variety of options.

Although the room was cozy and clean, the walls were a little thin and we could hear noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms at times. the heater was a bit noisy, but it was necessary to keep the room warm during the chilly winter nights.

We stayed at a charming hotel located right on the lake, within easy walking distance to ferries, shops, and restaurants. Our room had a balcony with a stunning view over Lake Como. The staff provided excellent service, ensuring our room was clean and well-maintained. Despite some noise from the surrounding area, the location was perfect for exploring the beautiful scenery and attractions nearby. The hotel also had a lovely pool, a convenient feature not commonly found in the area.

One aspect to consider is that the included breakfast could use improvement, as it did not meet the usual standard we had experienced elsewhere in Italy.
