We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is ideal, as it is situated in a quiet area close to the center of Monticatini but far enough away from any noise. The hotel is also conveniently located on the main train line with competitive prices. Additionally, it is in close proximity to the Park with the historical spa buildings. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities, including the pool and lobby, were well-maintained. The breakfast provided was delicious, with fresh pancakes and the best coffee we have ever tasted. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, speaking multiple languages and ensuring we felt comfortable throughout our stay.
