The value for money at this hotel was outstanding, with a clean and perfect room, complimentary amenities, and lovely views over the rooftops. The location was ideal, right in the heart of things, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, especially David at the front desk who was exceptional with his recommendations and assistance.

The location of the hotel couldn't be better, right in the heart of the historic center. We enjoyed a fabulous upgrade to a room with a beautiful, new bathroom. The linen sheets were absolutely gorgeous, and we had a comfortable and spacious room. The buffet breakfast was amazing, with a variety of delicious options. The staff were accommodating and helpful in making reservations and providing information. Despite being in a central location, the hotel was surprisingly quiet. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.

This hotel is truly luxurious, with exclusive amenities that met all of our needs. The service was attentive and friendly, and the spa & wellness centre was a highlight of our stay. The sauna, swimming pool, and Jacuzzi were all top-notch, and the massage we received was truly divine. The spa lounge, steam room, and Turkish bath were also wonderful features that helped us relax and unwind.

While the overall experience was excellent, the only minor issue we encountered was with the Restaurant. The continental breakfast was delicious, but the in-room breakfast was not quite up to our expectations.

The hotel's location was perfect for this period of time within easy walking distance of all that the city has to offer, including the famous I Carracci and the medieval museum. The staff were always on disposal and provided excellent service. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and the breakfast had a wide variety of choices.

My Easter break was amazing thanks to an exceptional hotel. The rooms were spacious and beautifully furnished. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast and afternoon tea, which added an extra level of luxury and indulgence to my stay. The location was perfect, just steps away from all the best shopping and sightseeing of the city. I loved how attentive the staff were, always ready to assist with recommendations for local restaurants and activities.

The air conditioning struggled to keep up with the high temperatures during my stay, which made for some uncomfortable nights. the noise level was a bit higher than I expected, especially in the morning when construction work began nearby.
