The location of Hotel 77 Seventy-Seven - Maison D'Art Collection was ideal, as it was only a short walk away from popular attractions and there were many good and affordable food options nearby. The property itself was beautifully decorated and contemporary, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The staff members were friendly and helpful, and they even assisted with carrying our bags to the room upon arrival. The bathroom in our room was modern and stylish, which added a nice touch. The addition of a spa was also a great feature.

The elevator in the hotel was quite small, so we had to take turns using it. The requirement to rent a robe, slippers, and a pool towel for a fee was also a drawback.

We had a fantastic four-night stay at 77 Seventy-Seven - Maison D'Art Collection. The hotel is beautiful, newly designed, and conveniently located just 10 minutes away from Rome Termini. We were able to easily walk to all the major tourist attractions from the hotel. The staff were friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. The room was impeccably clean with nice touches like a kettle and tea/coffee provided. We also appreciated the daily towel change and room tidying. The hotel's WiFi was excellent, which was a plus.

The hotel is conveniently located near several bus stations, making it easy to explore different areas of the city. Additionally, there is a fantastic restaurant next door that serves some of the best food we've ever had.

The breakfast was very average and they did not refill items when they ran out, such as the fruit salad and pastries.

I had a fantastic stay at 77 Seventy-Seven - Maison D'Art Collection. The location was amazing, allowing us to easily walk to all the places we wanted to visit. There were plenty of lovely restaurants and cafes nearby as well. The spa and gym were included in our room, and they were definitely a highlight of our holiday. What made it even better was that every time we used them, it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, and our room even had a balcony, which was a pleasant surprise. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the amenities like the air conditioning. The breakfast buffet, priced at just 10€, offered a great selection and value.

Conveniently located modern hotel with a friendly staff. The spa was excellent, and the room was comfortable with a great shower. We enjoyed the nearby ice cream place and supermarket. I would recommend this hotel.

I had a great stay here! The hotel is located in a central area and it was easy to get around. The service was great, and I appreciated the room service and laundry services. They also offered tours and tickets, which was convenient for me. The room amenities were fantastic and had everything that I needed, including a mini-bar and tea and coffee facilities.

Recommend this place to friends if they need a comfortable hotel with great service and amenities.

The property and rooms were contemporary and decorated nicely - staff were really friendly and helpful. The spa is a nice addition. The bathroom was particularly smart and it was nice that the TV in the room was modern. Great location, short walk to Roma Termini. And around a 20-minute walk to Trevi fountain and other places. Great restaurants within a 5-minute walk. Room and all facilities very clean. Great size room. Small veranda. All staff very pleasant and helpful.

The spa area didn't seem clean and the rooms were not properly cleaned. The bed was uncomfortable.

The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and held our bags for us when we arrived early. The hotel is new and clean with modern amenities and comfy beds. The location is great, close to bus stations and within walking distance of the city center. a wonderful stay.

Some of the bathroom fixtures were not properly attached to the wall, which was a bit frustrating. the rooftop restaurant was closed on Sundays and we had to search for dinner elsewhere.

Poor cleanliness throughout the hotel, including the rooms. Cheap materials used in the hotel's construction, leading to thin walls, ill-fitting doors, and strange smells in the rooms.
