The hot tub and sauna were nice amenities, and the location was perfect for skiing- just a quick walk to the lift. The staff was generally friendly and helpful, and the cozy lobby was a nice place to relax and warm up after a day on the slopes.

the wifi was extremely slow and unreliable, which made it impossible to stream holiday movies. while the location and staff were great, the outdated rooms and poor wifi left something to be desired.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel in the mountains. The location was perfect, right across from the gondolas and very close to the center. We loved being able to easily access the beautiful scenery and activities in the area. The service was excellent, with room service, laundry, and a welcome drink provided. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and were always available to assist us. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything from ironing facilities to a mini-bar and a comfortable sitting area. The hotel also had a lovely terrace and garden area where we could relax and enjoy the stunning views. The spa and wellness center was a highlight, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and a variety of relaxing treatments available. We also appreciated the entertainment options, such as live entertainment and a TV room. we highly recommend this place to everyone for its exceptional location, quality services, and enhanced comfort.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the beautiful Selva di Val Gardena. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. From helping us with local information to surprising us with wine in the lobby, their level of service was exceptional. The location of the hotel couldn't have been better, right across from the gondolas and next door to the tourist information. We can't wait to come back!
