Great skiing opportunities in the area, with close cable car access and plenty of nearby runs to enjoy. The hotel layout is easy to navigate and has a cozy ambiance. The staff is friendly and willing to answer any questions or make recommendations.

The food leaves much to be desired, with limited options and poor taste. The crowds during the holiday season are overwhelming and it can be challenging to find a quiet spot to relax. In addition, the room décor is outdated and feels tired.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and ensuring we had everything we needed. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, providing us with plenty of room to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The location of this place was perfect, as it was right next to the cable car, allowing us easy access to the ski slopes in the winter and numerous exciting hikes in the surrounding area. The service was top-notch, with room service, housekeeping, and laundry services readily available. The hotel also had a ski pass vendor, making it convenient for us to hit the slopes without any hassle. We were able to start our days off right with a delicious continental breakfast, and the dining options throughout the day were simply fantastic. The hotel's spa and wellness center provided a tranquil retreat, with saunas, a jacuzzi, and a spa lounge for us to relax and rejuvenate. We also enjoyed spending time on the sun terrace, taking in the breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.
