The staff were excellent, very efficient and always ready to help. The food was top-notch with a great variety to choose from. The room was comfortable, clean, and offered a lovely view of the gardens and lake. The housekeeping staff did an outstanding job, ensuring our room was always tidy and fresh. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
