Plus, the free welcome drink upon arrival is a nice touch. The spa and wellness center is a true oasis, with a variety of saunas, pools, and relaxing areas to enjoy. The treatments offered are top-notch and the spa lounge is the perfect place to unwind. the service here is impeccable and I highly recommend this venue to everyone.

Liked the spa facilities, especially the outdoor sauna, and the stunning views from the balcony. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home during our xmas stay. The hotel is situated in a picturesque location, perfect for a winter getaway. The breakfast was plentiful in options and tasted great.

Disliked the size of the rooms, which were on the smaller side. The lack of nearby restaurants and shops meant that we had to rely on the hotel's dining facilities, which were a bit pricey. though, our xmas stay was enjoyable and we would consider returning in the future.

We were amazed by the breathtaking view from our balcony at Hotel Pinei. The snowy scenery and the whole town spread out before us was simply exquisite. The location was peaceful and secluded, making it the perfect retreat. The shuttle bus to Ortisei was convenient and always on time, making it easy to explore the area. The warm swimming pool was a welcome treat for our tired muscles after a day of skiing. we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
