We had the most welcoming experience at Playa. The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home, even helping us find a rental car and carrying our luggage. The location was perfect for the Carnivale and the shops at the promenade. And the ciocolatta calda made by Marco was the best! I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and prime location.

Great location, close to beach and park. Helpful and friendly staff. Clean rooms with comfortable size. Good breakfast with options. Nice atmosphere.

The ciocolatta calda prepared by Marco was the best we've ever tasted! The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and even assisted us in finding a rental car. They also went above and beyond by helping us carry our luggage inside, which is a rare occurrence. The hotel's location was perfect for the Carnivale and promenade shops. We will definitely stay here again!

Felt extremely safe, no complaint.

Easter at this hotel was fine, we had a nice room with a spectacular view of the sea. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast was okay but there was not much variety, they only offered pastries and coffee. The location was great, we were very close to the beach and there were good restaurants nearby. Plus, we got a discount for the beach.

The room was a little bit small for us and there was no free parking, we had to park the car at a nearby place and it was very expensive. , the shower was quite tiny and it was difficult to move around and feel comfortable.
