The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the old town. The rooms were spacious, well equipped, and pleasantly decorated. We were delighted to be greeted with a lovely surprise of prosecco on ice, chocolates, and a tea tray. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and efficient. The breakfast buffet had a great selection, and we also enjoyed a delicious dinner at the hotel's restaurant.

Surrounding supermarkets made it easy to get anything we needed. The spacious parking lot was a plus. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a variety of pastries, cereals, and juice. a nice hotel with friendly staff and convenient amenities.

Although the breakfast was not continental, there was a good variety of pastries, cereals, juice, and other options such as jam, cheese.

The entire staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable, even though there was a language barrier. They were able to arrange an English-speaking tour guide for us on short notice and even helped us find a local pizzeria to eat at during the riposo. The hotel's location in Campobasso was convenient for exploring Molise, and we would definitely stay here again on our next visit.
