The food, staff, location, facilities, wines. Rooms were well-furnished and designed with quality fixtures and fittings. Dinner had excellent service and the hotel had a lovely ambience in a beautiful part of the world. The staff was friendly and service-minded, offering a free shuttle to the main cable cars in the morning.

We absolutely loved our stay at this 4-star hotel in the Dolomites! The location was perfect, with easy access to the main cable cars and plenty of restaurants and shopping options nearby. We especially enjoyed the guided hikes that were available from this hotel, allowing us to explore the stunning surroundings. The service was top-notch, with friendly and accommodating staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a breathtaking view of the mountains from the wrap-around balcony. We also appreciated the delicious breakfast and the excellent bar and lounge area. The wellness spa was the icing on the cake, providing a relaxing environment with a sauna, jacuzzi, and spa lounge. this place exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it to our friends.

The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, offering breathtaking views of the mountains. The bathroom is spotless and modern, with high-quality fixtures. The service is exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast spread is delicious and offers a wide variety of options. The hotel also has great facilities, including a pool and a lovely garden.

Spending Christmas at the hotel was an amazing experience. They had lots of fun activities for guests like decorating gingerbread houses and a visit from Santa Claus. The hotel's cozy fireplace and hot cocoa were perfect for the cold weather. The spa was also a great addition for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. The breakfast was top notch, with lots of variety on offer and great quality coffee. The hotel's proximity to the local shops and restaurants was also a huge advantage.

The shower head in our room was a bit temperamental, which made it challenging to get a consistent water flow. The pillows were quite hard, making it difficult to get a comfortable night's sleep. Additionally, while the hotel had a ski rental store next door, it would have been more convenient if they had offered rentals in-house, as the process of renting skis could take up a significant amount of time. Overall though, the negatives were minor compared to the overall experience, and we would definitely consider staying here again.
