The owner, Luca, was very friendly and gave me a free upgrade to a twin room. The hotel provided free bus and train tickets for the region and a free ticket to the public spa center. The breakfast was delicious and the restaurant had a beautiful view. The location was convenient, close to main funiculars.

The hotel is quite old and lacks an elevator, which can be difficult for those who are not fit or young. Additionally, the bathroom in my room was very small, making showering uncomfortable.
