The view out the window is exactly as shown on the website. Cute rooms. Breakfast is delivered to your room , but you can order as much as you want. Bathrooms are spacious. Very accommodating staff. Close to the Duomo. We would definitely stay here again. Great location for karaoke and casinos.

Recently stayed at a charming B&B in the heart of Florence for a short weekend getaway. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with excellent air conditioning and reliable internet. I loved the added touch of the pod coffee machine, making my mornings even more enjoyable. The staff at the reception were quick to respond to any issues and were incredibly helpful. The location couldn't have been better, as it was conveniently situated in the center of the city's historic district.

I must say, this hotel exceeded all our expectations. The location was absolutely perfect, with the Duomo cathedral right next door and all the major attractions within walking distance. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the breakfast, although simple, had a good variety of options. All in all, this hotel was even better than what we saw in the pictures.

We had a frustrating experience with the staff, who were of no help when we had trouble with the wifi in the room and the unadjustable air conditioning. housekeeping turned off the A/C which made our room uncomfortable and unpleasant.
