The stay at this hotel was absolutely awesome! The room we stayed in was a junior suite and it was very nice. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, especially Anya Novikova from the Sales department. We received welcome amenities, including a surprise fruit basket and a calendar as a souvenir. The location of the hotel was also perfect, making it convenient for us to explore the city.

There were a few downsides to our stay. The check-out process was a bit problematic as their system was down.

The hotel's location in the heart of Milan allowed for easy access to shopping, cafes, restaurants, and iconic landmarks like the Duomo. One of the best aspects was the delicious breakfast provided, which was a great way to start the day. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable stay, providing assistance with reservations and organizing various activities.

There were some aspects that could be improved upon. Everything wasn't exactly what I needed and wanted.

We recently had a romantic escape in Milan and were pleasantly surprised by our hotel experience. The location was ideal, with easy access to key attractions and transportation. The concierge provided us with great recommendations for local activities. Additionally, we were impressed by the exceptional service and attention to detail from the staff.

While our overall stay was enjoyable, there were a few aspects that could have been improved. The food and beverage department was a bit weak, with limited variety for breakfast and some unpleasant flavors.

The location was superb, allowing us to easily walk to all the main spots in the city center. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with super new rooms and incredibly comfortable beds. The staff were exceptional, always kind and ready to assist us. The breakfast was not as good as other hotels we've stayed in, but still enjoyable.

Additionally, the hotel's location in the historical center of Milan was perfect for exploring the city's attractions and indulging in luxury shopping. The staff at the hotel were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. They even surprised us with a special celebration for my mom's birthday. We also loved having breakfast in the beautiful garden, enjoying a drink in the relaxing atmosphere.
