I had a very pleasant stay at the Mercure hotel near Milan airport. The receptionist, Mr Haytham, was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my time there. Despite arriving late at night, check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The staff spoke English, which made communication easy. The room was of high standard, equivalent to a 4-star hotel. The soundproofing was impressive, as we couldn't hear any noise from the nearby highway. com. a great experience at Mercure.
