During our Christmas stay, we really enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel. It was just a short walk away from the main attractions and we felt safe walking around the area. The rooftop view was outstanding and we loved sipping on delicious cocktails while taking in the scenery.

There were a few things that we didn't quite enjoy about our stay. Firstly, the bathroom had an unpleasant smell coming from the pipes, and despite informing the reception, nothing was done about it.

Perfect Location: The hotel was conveniently located near key attractions, making it easy to explore the city. We were able to walk to most of the important and scenic tourist spots in just a short amount of time.

Lack of Pool Amenities: The pool area could have used umbrellas, as it was very hot and crowded. The bar staff in the afternoon and early evening were unfriendly and difficult to get the attention of.

The rooftop pool at Mercure was a highlight of our stay. The view from up there was absolutely spectacular! We spent hours relaxing and enjoying the stunning scenery. It made our vacation truly memorable.

The staff here are very friendly and efficient, especially the receptionist who provided us with excellent service. The room amenities are great, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and even a sink. The hotel also offers a wide range of facilities such as a swimming pool, fitness center, and a rooftop pool with a stunning view. We really appreciated the in-room breakfast and the bar/lounge area where we could relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.

For our recent stay at Mercure in Rome, we chose this hotel because of its rooftop pool. It did not disappoint - the best pool with the best view in the city. The location was also perfect, with everything within walking distance. The staff were incredibly helpful and the rooftop bar served delicious food. The room, although small, was modern and everything worked perfectly. Starting the day with a breakfast overlooking the Colosseum was a highlight.

The rooftop pool and bar were a real bonus to come back to after a hot day of sightseeing. The staff could not have been more helpful and professional. The breakfast suited everybody, was varied, good quality, and always well stocked. The location is great and the rooftop terrace offers a perfect view. I especially appreciated the pool and the friendly staff. Despite some drawbacks like limited opening hours for the pool, I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
