The staff was very attentive and spoke good English. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars within walking distance in the heart of the city. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautifully designed interior and attention to detail. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the rooms were super clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the AC was very good, which was handy given the temperatures in this city. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel had parking available and that it was easy to walk to shopping areas and beautiful cafes from the hotel.

The hotel was beautifully designed, with great attention to detail. The rooms were super clean and comfortable, and the decor was on point. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making sure that all our needs were met. The hotel also had a great location, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars just a stone's throw away. It was perfect for exploring and experiencing the city. Plus, the outdoor seating area was a lovely addition, providing a nice spot to relax.

There were a few drawbacks during my stay. The Wi-Fi in the guest rooms was not working properly, which was quite frustrating.

Moreover, the staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.
