I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel and it was amazing! The location was perfect, right on the water front and it only took me a few minutes to walk to the ferry terminal. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, they really made me feel at home. I loved the room service, and the car hire made it so easy for me to explore the area. The room was spacious and had everything I needed, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. I also liked that there was a garden area where I could sit and relax.

I highly recommend this venue to everyone, it was a great experience!

We had a fantastic stay at a perfect location overlooking the lake. The staff, especially Matteo, were very helpful and made an effort to converse in English. The room with a view was first class and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is located in the nicest crescent of the city, just across from the lake and a block from the train station. a comfortable and accommodating experience.

This hotel has an excellent location right on the lake, offering stunning views. It is also conveniently situated in the heart of the city, close to shops, restaurants, and the train station. The rooms are comfortable, with cozy beds and refurbished bathrooms. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional, making the stay enjoyable. The breakfast is delicious and served in a beautiful room with a wide selection of food. There are also facilities for dogs, and the hotel provides a car park for added convenience.

There was a limitation with the air conditioning in the rooms, as it was preset and could not be adjusted to personal preference.

The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the stunning Lake Como. The location of the hotel was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the city and enjoy the beauty of the area. I highly recommend this hotel.

The building is stunning with noise cancelling windows and renovated bathrooms. The lady receptionist is outstandingly friendly and the staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. The location is perfect, close to Lake Como, the main piazza, train station, shops, and restaurants. The breakfast has a good selection and the rooms are clean and quiet. The renovated section of the hotel is recommended and the lake view balcony rooms are a rare treat. Same-day laundry service is available at reasonable prices. The front desk staff are knowledgeable and accommodating, doubling as concierge. The hotel has a classic "old Europe" charm.

Felt so much at home, nothing was too much trouble.

Had a nice thanksgiving at a hotel in an excellent location, easy walking distance to all the main sights. Room was spacious and comfortable, and we received two complementary facts which was a nice touch. Key location facts were spot on, everything was so close by. We also enjoyed pre-dinner drinks with free snacks in the bar, nice surprise!

The hotel was a bit of a letdown as the facilities were not what we were expecting. The ground floor was a congress center, which was closed to guests, and there was no real lobby or cafe to relax in.

Perfect lakefront location, steps from ferry station. Traditional Italian exterior, great breakfast. Friendly staff, especially in restaurant. High standard rooms and breakfast. Would definitely return.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was if they had more variety of breakfast offerings.
