The location of Palazzo Vecchio was perfect for my stay in Florence. It was conveniently situated near the train station and within walking distance to all the main attractions. The staff at the reception were incredibly kind and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the bathrooms were well-maintained. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, especially the free cappuccino from the made-to-order coffee bar. my experience at Palazzo Vecchio exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence.

I stayed at Hotel Palazzo Vecchio for 3 nights while celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. The room with a balcony and cathedral view was spacious and clean. The location, just a 2-minute walk from Santa Maria Novella Train Station, was perfect for exploring Florence. The staff were incredibly helpful and the breakfast had a good variety of options. a great choice for our stay.

Street noise during the night.

The value for money at Palazzo Vecchio was great, with a spacious and clean room with a balcony and cathedral view. The location was convenient, within walking distance to the cathedral, and the staff treated me well, even allowing me to check in early and stamping my boarding pass.

The only thing that could make the breakfast better would be to offer a wider variety of items.

The hotel was conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to travel to and from the hotel with luggage. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering assistance with carrying our bags up the stairs to the hotel. The room had a balcony with a beautiful view, allowing us to enjoy the sights of the city. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with modern bathrooms and good water pressure in the shower. The WiFi connection was strong and reliable. Breakfast provided at the hotel was delicious. Onsite parking was available, albeit at an additional cost.

The room I was assigned was on the top floor, which was difficult to access as the elevator did not reach that floor. The room had a low ceiling in the toilet area, which made it uncomfortable for taller guests.

The heating wasn't working and it was freezing, especially at night. The staff was unhelpful and didn't take any corrective actions to fix the problem.

Additionally, there was a tourist information center located behind Santa Maria Novella Church, which was very close to the hotel.

It made it incredibly easy to explore the city and visit Santa Maria Novella's Church. The staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to help with anything we needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with excellent lighting in the bathroom. We were lucky enough to have a room with views of the Duomo, which was truly breathtaking. And the breakfast. wow! They served real cappuccinos made on the spot, a great way to start the day.

No major issues, everything was just fine.
