I stayed at Hotel Romagna for 3 nights during my vacation in Florence. The location was incredibly convenient - right in the heart of the city, close to the Cathedral. The receptionist was not only funny but also very helpful, giving us great recommendations for attractions in the area and even offering to carry our luggage. The communal area, toilet, and luggage storage were a nice added bonus. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a variety of bread, pastry, hot drinks, and orange juice. The room was a decent size and had everything I needed.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Florence, I was pleasantly surprised by the great location and comfortable room. I had heard that there was no elevator in the hotel, but when I arrived, the staff was kind enough to give me a room on the second floor and helped me with my luggage. The room itself was clean and cozy, perfect for a budget traveler like myself. Being near the Railway Station and Florence Duomo made it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The only minor drawbacks were that the bathroom was smaller than expected and there was an additional cash "tax" required, which seemed unnecessary. However, overall I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

Lovely people and great location! The staff at the hotel were charming and very helpful. The hotel is in a brilliant situation, just a couple of minutes away from the main attractions. Plus, the vending machines for water and snacks were really convenient.

But, there were some improvements needed. The room had a 'wet' bathroom, but the wooden door and frame were rotten and smelled of damp.
