We stayed at a charming family-run hotel in Montecatini Terme for a week. The buffet breakfast had a great variety, pleasing both my wife and I. The hotel's location was convenient, just a short walk to the funicular railway and town center. The staff, mostly family members, were helpful and friendly. we had a fantastic stay and would recommend this hotel.

Great location near to tourist hotspots and fantastic staff with super useful advice on how to get around and what to see. Lovely outdoor areas to relax and unwind, with a refreshing pool perfect on warmer days. Rooms had everything you need for your stay, including a mini fridge, air conditioning and a personal balcony to take in the beautiful surroundings.

No major issues we can think of, but it would have been nice if there were more options for breakfast besides cold meats and pastries. The hotel was located slightly out of town, which could be a downside for some travelers who wanted to be in the heart of the action.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in Tuscany, situated in a quiet area with a secluded feel. The location was ideal, as it was very close to the funicular up to a picturesque hilltop village, offering stunning views. The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, even happy to pre-book tickets for attractions such as the Pitti Palace. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options. it was a perfect place for relaxation and I would definitely return.

We loved this hotel- the food, the staff & the location. The staff without exception are so friendly & helpful- nothing is too much trouble. They will purchase train tickets, book restaurants, give advice on where to go & what to see locally. The hotel is an excellent base for exploring Florence, Lucca, Vinci & the immediate locality. The food in the restaurant was excellent with so much variety & choice. We did eat out locally as well but the food in the hotel was so good that there was really no need to go out, except to try other local restaurants. We would & hopefully will look forward to a return visit to this hotel.

Exceptional care and kindness from the owner and his family, who welcomed us warmly. Late dinner was arranged, and a delicious meal was prepared in the hotel. The owner personally showed us around the historic thermal establishments. Help was provided in finding medical assistance when needed.
