The hotel location was convenient- located right across the square from with an outside bakery and plenty of good restaurants around. It was also close enough to the Malpensa airport. The room was comfortable and well furnished, and the staff was friendly, particularly at the reception.

The fast and stable internet was a major advantage for our business needs, and the added bonus of the tube-powered stereo amp in the room was a pleasant surprise.

That the hotel entrance was difficult to find, as the name was not visible from the street. This was especially inconvenient when returning to the hotel after dark.
