The location was perfect, just a short walk to the center and within minutes of great restaurants, shops, and other hotels where we could enjoy a cocktail. The views were simply breathtaking, with stunning views of the Amalfi coast that we could enjoy from our spacious room. The staff here were exceptional, they were incredibly warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay. The service we received, from room service to housekeeping, was top-notch. We were also impressed with the range of amenities available, including car hire and airport shuttle services. And the outdoor dining area was one of the best we've experienced in Ravello, truly unforgettable!

The staff at this venue went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They were friendly and helpful, especially Marisa at the reception, who provided us with valuable assistance. The restaurant terrace offered stunning views and the food was superb, using fresh produce from their organic farm. We also enjoyed the wide range of amenities and services available, such as room service, car hire, and laundry. It was truly a dream-like experience.

We couldn't get enough of the breathtaking scenery, especially while enjoying a delicious breakfast on the terrace. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. They provided excellent room service and even helped us arrange a car hire and airport shuttle. The hotel also had a beautiful outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

Great staff and service. The receptionists were extremely helpful and the staff in the dining area and housekeeping were very hospitable and energetic. The hotel had a homey feeling and the common areas were beautifully decorated. The breakfast court/garden had an astonishing view over the valley.

The bathroom was not up to standard with a used shower and no shower curtain. The room also had plumbing issues and the hot water was not working.

We had a fantastic time at the charming Villa Maria. The views from the terrace were absolutely stunning and made for a perfect spot to enjoy a memorable meal or drinks. The rooms were lovely, each with its own unique design, and maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. The included breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. We stayed at Villa Maria for 3 nights around our wedding day. The whole team was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was very nice, and the air conditioning was super powerful in the intense heat of an Italian Summer. The restaurant was lovely, and the breakfasts were great. The views from the hotel are stunning, looking down the valley to the sea. The grounds are beautiful, and the restaurant uses ingredients from their organic garden. The staff is very friendly, and the seating/lounge area at the hotel is really nice to relax. The room is very large in comparison to typical hotels in Italy.

Despite a few minor drawbacks like a late check-in and limited breakfast hours, we highly recommend this beautiful hotel for a delightful and unforgettable stay.

I loved the varied breakfast options with bacon and eggs, lots of cakes, cold meats, cheese, cereal, and fruit. The central location was great, although there was an uphill walk. The room was well-kept with a great terrace. The hot water issue was resolved quickly.

The hotel had a stunning location with great views and a beautiful setting. The staff were lovely, friendly and extremely helpful. They offered a romantic and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a getaway during Easter. Additionally, the breakfast provided was very nice and served with stunning views.

There were a few negative aspects of our stay. the hotel was not suitable for elderly guests or those with mobility issues due to the many stairs to reach the property.
