Convenient location near train station, easy to reach without rain. Clean rooms with all necessary facilities. Good isolation, not noisy despite facing the station. Polite and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet has wide variety and delicious options.

The breakfast was tasty and varied. the staff was helpful and provided me with some good tips for exploring the city. The location was also convenient, allowing me to easily access popular attractions and restaurants.

The room was incredibly small and cramped. the pillows provided were uncomfortable and caused me some neck pain.

As party people, we loved the convenient location next to the train station and close to major walking arcades. The hotel's modern and clean rooms were perfect for our stay in Sendai. The breakfast had a delicious variety of vegetables and the fresh squeezed orange juice was a standout.

We felt so welcome at the hotel and had no complaints.

We were pleasantly surprised by the modern and clean facilities at Apa Hotel. The room, although small, was well-equipped and had all the amenities we needed. The location near the train station was incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The free and unlimited WiFi was an unexpected bonus. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.
