The wifi worked perfectly, and the staff, especially the Japanese staff, were incredibly kind. The location in a charming neighborhood added to the overall experience. The included breakfast had a nice variety of options, and I appreciated the little gift package on the last day. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Tokyo.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, yet very close to a lively district. The bed is incredibly comfortable, and the shower has strong pressure with hot water. The balcony is a nice feature where you can enjoy a drink while admiring the beautiful view of the city. The hotel also offers free parking and has bicycles available for guests to explore nearby museums. Additionally, there is a 24-hour convenience store right next door, which is very convenient.

We loved the cool decor and super friendly staff. The bunk beds were comfortable, and the common area/kitchen was great for sharing stories with fellow travelers. The "one mile" concept and interactive activities were a bonus.

The breakfast options were limited and the quality was not too impressive. the room I stayed in was quite small, even by local standards, and had very little natural light due to a small window facing a fire escape.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel in a very lively area in Tokyo. The location was perfect, being so close to the Sensoji temple. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The room was modern and comfortable, with blackout curtains ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and well-equipped. The breakfast provided was decent, and I enjoyed the convenience of the communal lounge and the options available at the on-site restaurant. Moreover, the DIY travel guide provided by the hotel was a great help in exploring the relaxed Asakusa neighborhood.

One minor drawback was the lack of a well-lit mirror in the room to do my makeup properly.

The staff went above and beyond to assist us when I had a health issue that required a hospital visit. The rooms were beautiful and clean, with comfortable beds and great amenities. The hotel's location in the more traditional Asakusa area was perfect, and we loved having the option to explore different parts of Tokyo easily. We also enjoyed the cool bar and restaurant, and the option to rent Tokyo bikes. a fantastic experience!

We had an amazing stay at Asakusa Kokono Club! The friendly and helpful staff, including an English-speaking front desk member, made us feel so welcome. The location was perfect, with a short walk to the subway station, shops, restaurants, and the beautiful Senso-Ji temple. The hotel's design and rooms were stylish and clean, with thoughtful amenities like self-serve laundry and toiletries. We especially appreciated the quiet and dark sleeping spaces for the whole family, as well as the convenient kitchen for simple breakfasts. The staff even went above and beyond to help us find shiny 5 yen coins for souvenirs. Can't wait to visit again!

The free champagne and desserts on New Year's Eve were a nice touch. The location was within walking distance to many shops and restaurants, which made it easy to explore the area. The view from the room was breathtaking and made the stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast was repetitive and lacked variety. The room layout was awkward and made it difficult to move around comfortably, especially with our luggage.

We especially appreciated the convenience of the hotel's location near the temple area, surrounded by a variety of restaurants and shops. Being able to easily access train stations made exploring the city, including popular areas like Shinjuku and Shibuya, a breeze.

I recently stayed at the charming Asakusa Kokono Club in Tokyo for a few nights. From the moment I arrived, the friendly staff made me feel welcome. The hotel's design is absolutely beautiful, with unique touches everywhere. My room had a comfortable bed and a stunning view of Asakusa, with its hidden rooftop gardens. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the hotel even offered a free evening walking tour with a wonderful host named Autumn. It was a truly delightful stay and I hope to return in the future.
