We had the most amazing stay at a gorgeous hotel with breathtaking views of Mt Fuji. The private onsen was the perfect way to relax, and the multiple course dinner in our room was an incredible experience. The staff provided impeccable service, and the traditional Japanese cultural activities and food were a highlight of our trip. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

Our recent stay at this luxurious hotel was a truly unforgettable experience. The exclusive amenities of the hotel exceeded our expectations, including the breathtaking garden area and private facilities. The impeccable service received from the staff often left us in awe. We particularly enjoyed the spacious and comfortable room which had a stunning view of the surroundings.

The only minor issue we faced during our stay was the location. There weren't many attractions or facilities nearby, but this was a minor issue compared to all the luxurious benefits this hotel had to offer.

This hotel was a luxurious retreat! The room was absolutely stunning, with exclusive amenities like a private balcony that overlooked the lush garden area. The spa & wellness centre was perfect for pampering, and the outdoor swimming pool was a refreshing place to relax. The restaurant had an extensive menu, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for enjoying a drink. The staff was friendly, attentive and prompt, making our stay all the more enjoyable.

That the hotel's location was quite remote, with not much to do in the surrounding area. However, this was made up for by the variety of activities on offer within the hotel, such as cultural workshops and food tastings, which gave us an insight into the local life.

The surroundings were too quiet, with very little to explore outside of the hotel location - I was left wandering around with nothing to do. I found the prices of certain amenities quite expensive, which wasn't ideal.

Spent Christmas at a beautiful traditional Japanese hotel. The staff were incredible, warm and helpful. We enjoyed a mouth-watering dinner served in our room, and a private onsen with perfect temperature. The best part was waking up to a breathtaking view of the nearby snowy mountain, and indulging in delicious breakfast. The hotel offered engaging cultural activities and amazing facilities like natural water from their source.

The location with limited activities nearby, but it was a good opportunity for us to unwind and enjoy the hotel's facilities. The price was a tad high, but it was well worth it for an unforgettable Christmas experience.
