I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bed in my room was incredibly comfortable, big, and perfect for a good night's sleep. The bathroom was spacious and had a nice bathtub, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff at the front desk, especially the older receptionist on Sunday, were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was ideal, with Akasaka station just a short 4-minute walk away. There were also plenty of places to eat and drink in the area, catering to different budgets. a great stay at Best Western Hotel Fino.

My stay at Best Western was excellent. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and multiple train stations nearby. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, allowing us to store our luggage before and after check-in. I also recommend visiting Tokyo Little House Cafe for a great cup of coffee. a highly recommended hotel with a great location and comfortable accommodations.

Elevator wait times can be long.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any queries. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with a metro station just a short walk away and plenty of bars and restaurants in the area. We also enjoyed the complementary coffee and tea available in the lobby and the restaurant nearby served excellent food.

The elevator system also proved frustrating, with separate public and private elevators causing delays and long waiting times. the staff's level of customer care left something to be desired, with a lack of willingness to assist with simple requests and a tendency to give off a negative attitude.

The hotel's location is fantastic, with several train stations in close proximity. It is right next to a convenience store, making it convenient for any last-minute needs. Additionally, it is very close to a metro station, allowing for easy access to explore the city.

It is unfortunate that the hotel does not provide breakfast options.
