I stayed at Bself Fuji Onsen Villa for a few nights while visiting Fuji Highland. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful, especially with their English-speaking ability. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I loved having a private onsen bath. The location was perfect, with restaurants and a variety store just a short walk away. The complimentary breakfast and coffee were a nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

The hotel offered two complementary facts which I appreciated. The location was stunning, with amazing views of the surrounding area. , the hotel was conveniently located near several restaurants that served great food. The hotel had a relaxing ambiance, which made me feel more at ease. I enjoyed my time soaking in the onsen and taking in the peaceful surroundings.

I had quite a few negative experiences during my stay. the walls in the room were so thin that I could hear everything happening in the nearby rooms, which made sleeping difficult.

Communication was a major letdown. We had specifically requested a twin bed room, but were given a futon room instead.

bself in fujiyoshida was a great experience! spacious and clean rooms with comfy furnishings, plus the private open-air bath was heavenly. friendly staff gave useful info and yummy breakfast. will happily stay longer next time!
