The location was very central, with easy access to public transport and within walking distance to the museum. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and the facilities were top-notch. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, both Japanese and Western style. The staff were professional and helpful, despite limited English proficiency.

This place was just perfect for me! The location couldn't have been better. It was close to convenience stores, the restaurant district, and the museum. It was easy to get around from here as it was close to trams. The staff were so friendly and provided great service. The room was comfortable with great amenities like tea and coffee facilities and a refrigerator. I also appreciated the flat-screen TV. The sauna and spa lounge were so relaxing. I had a great time here!

Nothing that I didn't like.

Celebrating a new year at this hotel was a good choice. The amenities were great: two complementary items in the room made our stay very comfortable. The location is spot on, because we were able to reach all attractions and the city centre within minutes. The best aspect, however, was the view from the rooftop onsen. It was unbelievably relaxing to spend time in the hot springs and enjoy the beautiful city lights.

The low ceilings were inconvenient, especially for taller people. It was also hard to overlook the noise from the street, even though we were staying on one of the higher floors.
