Spacious condo-style rooms with ample bag space. Fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms with washer and dryer. Kids loved the empty pool. Rooftop bar with AV view and ground floor Izakaya. Great location near American Village and other amenities.

The hotel was at a great location, very close to shopping centers and restaurants. The room appliances were very useful, including a laundry washer and dryer. The rooftop pool was amazing, offering a great view and fun ambiance. the contactless check-in and responsive messaging system were very helpful.

Though there were no major negatives, there were some minor inconsistencies worth mentioning. The pillows provided were uncomfortably hard.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The room was beautifully designed and provided ample space for our family of five. The availability of toys and pool floaties kept our kids entertained, making our stay even more enjoyable. Our stay at Aqua Palace was fantastic! The large condo-style room provided ample space for our family, and having a kitchen and laundry machines in the room was very convenient. The rooftop pool offered a stunning view, especially at night. The location was excellent, with American Village and other amenities within walking distance. we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

One small drawback was the hardness of the pillows, but that didn't overshadow the positive aspects of our stay. Additionally, there was no room cleaning service, but we were able to wash our clothes ourselves with the provided washer and dryer.

The TV only had four channels and none were in English.
