The staff here were very attentive and friendly. We were impressed with the leisure facilities including the fitness centre that we could use. There was also free Wi-Fi access, luggage storage, and a locker room. The 24-hour reception and security added to the feeling of safety and security. We particularly liked the children's play area and the children's buffet, which made our family trip even more enjoyable. this venue was a great choice and we would recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

The convenience store in the hotel is perfect for getting things before and after heading to the Disney parks. The hotel also offers shuttle buses to and from the parks on an hourly basis. The staff are friendly and always ready to help. There are also good breakfast options available, and daily welcome drinks from 2pm until midnight.

We loved our stay at the Tokyo Bay - Comfort Inn hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the bus that took us to the train station. The hotel itself was only a year old and incredibly clean and modern. The room was comfortable and had a washer/dryer combo, which was so convenient for keeping our clothes clean in the hot Tokyo weather. The staff were friendly and the free breakfast was substantial. We especially enjoyed the convenience of having a Lawson store connected to the lobby. a great place to stay!

We stayed at Comfort Suites for our visit to Disneyland and Disneysea. The hotel was clean, modern, and great value for money compared to other options in the Tokyo Bay area. The free shuttle bus to and from the parks was convenient. The room had 2 large double beds and an extra single bed, making it comfortable for our family. The hotel is located near a nice park and seaside, and the staff were excellent. The breakfast buffet had a good choice of Japanese dishes and the hotel is designed for families.

The hotel is located near a shopping center with an excellent food court and a subway line but it makes traveling a little harder. The room was spacious with a lot of counter space, and the toilet was separate from the sink/shower area. The staff was friendly and helpful, and there was a Lawson inside the hotel which was convenient.

The shuttle bus to Disneyland had infrequent timings.

I loved the fact that there was a convenience store just beside the hotel which was open 24/7. Plus, the free shuttle to Disneyland was very convenient. The room was spacious and the staff was very helpful. Overall I would recommend this hotel.
