Conveniently located in the heart of Echoland, with restaurants and bus station nearby. Modern, spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Generous breakfast and shuttle service to nearby ski resorts. Friendly and helpful staff. Next to a bar and coin laundry for added convenience.

We loved the location of this hotel, it was right near some fantastic restaurants where we could try delicious local cuisine. And the best part? It's so close to the Happo shuttle bus stop, making it super convenient for us to get to the slopes in no time. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. The staff were friendly and provided great service, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast offered a variety of tasty options to start our day off right.

The wifi could be stronger, especially in the evenings when everyone is using it.

We had an amazing stay at Hakuba Echo Hotel and Apartments! The location in Echoland was perfect, surrounded by great restaurants and bars. The convenience of the shuttle service to the mountain in the morning was a game-changer. The staff, especially Koichi-san, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious and set us up for a day of exploring. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a super comfy bed and a TV with Netflix for those cozy nights in. we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hakuba Valley.

The breakfast is great, with a good variety of tasty and healthy options. The location is very convenient, close to the main shuttle stop and just a short walk to some nice restaurants. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they make sure you feel welcome. The ski/snowboard room is very useful and makes it easy to store and dry all your equipment.

The wifi is really weak and unreliable, especially during peak hours when everyone is in their rooms. It was frustrating to not be able to connect properly.
