We recently stayed at a hotel in Hakuba and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location was perfect for our ski trip, as it was just a short walk from the Happoone ski lifts. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered great value for money.

Although the bathroom facilities were basic, they were adequate for our needs. Next time, we would prefer to stay in a hotel that is situated closer to restaurants and buses for more dining options.

Onsen was never crowded. Breakfast offered a simple selection. Location was walking distance to slopes and ski shuttles. had a great time and would return.

The skiing is easily accessible, with the slopes all within easy walking distance if not right outside. The rooms are large and warm, with a comfortable and clean atmosphere. The breakfast is included and there are options for eating in-house. The hotel provides helpful services such as pick up and drop off, shuttles, and assistance with dinner reservations.

The restaurant downstairs may not offer the best value for money.

Secondly, the staff were amazing, providing top-notch service and going above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and offered stunning views of the mountains. Oh, and did I mention the delicious breakfast included in the price? It had different items every day, which was a delightful surprise.

Everything was spot on, no improvements needed.
