The staff had varying English levels, but overall provided great service. Airforce noise was not mentioned on the website and was a bit disruptive for our kids. The food was excellent and the suite was beautiful and spacious, with perfect bedding. The ocean view was enjoyable and the concierge staff delivered top-notch service. The executive lounge offered a nice variety of food. The location and service were great, with immediate room change assistance. The HVAC system in the room was superbly quiet and comfortable.

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of luxurious. From the exclusive amenities to the fantastic service, we truly felt pampered. The indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Spa & wellness centre provided us with the perfect opportunity to unwind and relax. The outdoor swimming pool was amazing and had comfortable sun loungers for sunbathing. The seasonal outdoor pool and BBQ facilities were also great perks. We loved having access to private facilities, which added to the exclusivity of our stay.

The only minor issue we had during our stay was with the entertainment. Though provided, it was not up to our expectations.
