The location is convenient with a free shuttle to the ropeway. The spacious rooms have individual bathrooms, clean facilities, and include tea sets. Breakfast and dinner must be booked and serve a variety of meal sets. The attentive staff made our stay enjoyable, especially in assisting a wheelchair user. The hotel's faded appearance is overlooked due to the stunning views and proximity to the cable car.

This weekend getaway was just what we needed! The scenic views surrounding the hotel were breathtaking, made even more enjoyable by the multiple hot springs available to soak in. The staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming, and the meals were absolutely delicious. We appreciated all the little extras that were included in our room, like the fresh towels and complimentary bottled water.

Although we enjoyed our stay overall, there were a few things that could be improved. The language barrier made communication a bit challenging at times, but the staff were still helpful and accommodating.
