Easy, friendly, and quick check-in. New and modern rooms. Small breakfast included, good taste. Very nice employees. Staff very friendly, made arrangement for luggage storage. Clean, large public bath. Larger rooms than usual. Very good value. Great location, streetcar stop in front. Nice onsen, coin laundry. Good breakfast selection. Friendly and efficient staff. Comfortable room, nice touch with origami crane.

Nothing not to love.

Great base for exploring the city with easy access to transportation and nearby shops and restaurants. Impeccably clean and modern with friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed the convenience of in-room amenities such as a kettle and fridge, and the hot bath was a relaxing bonus after a day of sightseeing.

Rooms were on the small side, although this seems to be a common trait among Japanese hotels. Tea was provided, but it would have been nice to have coffee as well.

We loved staying at this hotel! It was in a great location, just a short walk to the shopping street and close to the main train station or the harbor. The tram station right next to the hotel made it easy to explore the city. The rooms were clean, and even though they were small, they were comfortable enough for a couple of nights. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious, with regional ingredients that we couldn't find anywhere else. The hotel also had a public bath that was a great way to relax after a long day of exploring.

Some guests mentioned that the rooms were a bit small, but it wasn't a big issue for us.
